If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at mollymckenzie@att.net or call +1 (720) 869-1786 within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please send us photos and your order details — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
